The position of Associate Attorney at the law firm of Padgett Law Group. involves duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Supervising Attorney of that respective state. Said duties and responsibilities are dynamic in nature and are subject to change as the firm grows and as the landscape of the firms primary practice (creditors rights) changes.
As an Associate Attorney, the attorney is expected to provide his or her knowledge and experience to the oversight and management of high volume statewide foreclosure matters. The attorney is responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firms files.
In addition to the above responsibilities and duties, the attorney is expected to accept other duties as assigned from management.
