Role - Foreign Military Sales Program Manager
Position Overview - Performs a wide variety of duties related to the coordination and administration of foreign military customer accounts and government contracts according to established policies and procedures to ensure smooth flow of daily transactions.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to -
- Responsible for the disposition of all inquiries as well as quote and order processing, for assigned customer accounts.
- Serves as primary point of contact for Seal Dynamics international military Sales Representatives.
- Tracks, coordinates and reports on foreign military sales opportunities, programs, and agent activities through closure.
- Responsible for monitoring, managing and dispositioning foreign military websites and portals for Seal Dynamics product line solicitations.
- Inputs and manages data profiles for assigned customers - including billing and shipping information / instructions.
- Coordinates set up of new customer accounts including export compliance screening.
- Utilizes Syteline ERP system for customer orders, quotes, export compliance documentation and contract pricing.
- Project Management: Coordinates internal quoting / process efforts with Product Management team for large RFP's, RFQ's and Contracts.
- Performs Contract and Export Compliance documentations review on all customer orders.
- Maintains customer / operator / regional intelligence database.

- Competent to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Data-driven and Problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Sense of urgency and complete tasks/projects in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) customer service
- College Degree preferred.
- Experience with ERP; Intermediate Excel knowledge and proficiency preferred.
- Aviation background a plus
- Ability to sit most of the day in an office environment.
- International Travel May be Required on Occasion
The salary range for the role is $65,000 - $70,000 annually.
