Job Purpose
The Senior Technical Program Manager will support the Product Program Management organization drive multiple concurrent, high visibility engineering and service operations programs for ICE Mortgage Technology. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, collaborative, and can be the watchdog and strong program manager for the releases across multiple product development teams. They will ensure governance around the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and practices, and put adequate controls in place, while helping to provide proactive outbound communication, etc. They will be the proactive voice working very closely with all stakeholder teams to improve customer satisfaction from an Engineering and Operational standpoint. Reports to Product Program Management leadership.
