Job Title: Commodity and Foreign Exchange (FX) Financial Risk Manager

Job Purpose And Impact:

The Commodity and Foreign Exchange (FX) Financial Risk Manger will lead the management of commodity and foreign exchange risk position, trading profit and loss reporting and commodity derivative compliance reporting for the Client’s Agriculture Supply Chain North America (CASCNA) business. In this role, you will partner collaboratively with senior leaders to lead the design and execution of risk reporting strategies and processes to support trading activities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Set vision for a team of analysts to manage complex commodity and foreign exchange position reporting and reconciliation, and ensure significant differences are resolved and communicated appropriately.
• Execute the CASCNA Commodity and FX reporting strategy with continuous improvement, evaluate the performance and leverage internal and external industry best practices.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to implement the trading and risk management vision.
• Partner with other Commodity and FX leaders, businesses, and trading leaders to evaluate and support the assessed needs within a differentiated service model.
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching, and making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Broad and deep expert knowledge in commodity and FX risk management
• Confirmed experience in commodity and FX risk management or adjacent function in a trading environment.
• In depth knowledge to leverage technology in operational, reporting and analysis processes.
• Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge in building and improving the company's trading and risk management ecosystem.
• Three years of supervisory experience
