As a leader in the school, the Dean must have high moral character and embrace the virtues of a free and just society.
This administrator will assist the Headmaster in overseeing and executing the cultural mission of the school and involving all aspects of student life. As such, assigned tasks and projects will vary depending on campus needs and individual strengths and experience. The successful candidate will have experience in classical K-12 pedagogy and curriculum, coaching and mentoring teachers, and communicating the purpose of classical education to diverse audiences.
