The School District of Arcadia is seeking an individual to serve students and staff as the Middle School and High School Dean of Students and the District Athletic Director. The ideal candidate will have experience with successfully organizing and managing students in school and extracurricular settings. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of student behaviors and attendance and will be responsible for the organization and oversight of the middle school and high school athletic programs. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate how they have had success growing students academically, behaviorally, socially, and emotionally. In addition, the ideal candidate must have a solid, working understanding of athletics and athletic programming, and will have been a leader in athletics as demonstrated through coaching and/or other athletic department leadership responsibilities.
