SUMMARY: This role will have accountability for delivering exemplary customer service through superior logistical management, execution and customer interactions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate all aspects of global transactions including order and inventory management
• Communicate daily with global suppliers, customers and freight providers
• Provide operational support and service to internal sales team
• Create budgets for transactions, including all costs associated with shipments Issue
• Purchase and Sales Orders to applicable business partners
• Ensure invoicing and documentation of all shipments is completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate and monitor shipment plans
• Work closely with internal transportation department and freight providers to book and trace shipments on a global basis
• Evaluate transactions from a risk management perspective and seek internal approval when applicable
• Collaborate with internal finance department to monitor and evaluate credit lines
• Track customer receivables
• Manage inventory held in various worldwide locations
• Reconcile inventory on a monthly basis
• Partner with international offices as it relates to functional responsibilities
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required
• Bilingual a plus
• Detail Oriented and organized
• Possess the ability to learn quickly
• Candidates should have 2-4 years of operations or logistics skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
