Summary: Under direct supervision, fill, sew and/or stack briquettes or lumps of charcoal off the line into bags and/or pallets.

Major Duties:

• Place wood or briquette pieces neatly into bag to obtain proper fill level.
• Fill bags within the proper time frame required for the product being run.
• May assist in performing routine preventative maintenance on the equipment.
• Clean work areas with hand tools, including shovels and brooms as required or requested.
• Promptly notify operator or supervisor of needed repairs or problems.
• Follow established safety requirements and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skils:

• No experience needed.
• Overtime is required periodically to meet the production demands.
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly as needed throughout the shift.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time (on repetitive basis).
• Able to work in varying external weather temperatures and ground/surface conditions depending on the season.
• Able to follow detailed instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
