**Position:** Store Maintenance Associate
**Location:** 5480 Forest Dr, Columbia, SC 29206
**Job Type:** Full-Time/Part-Time

**Responsibilities:**

-Filtering oil fryers daily

-Maintaining outside grounds

-Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms

-Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

-Take out and empty trash compactor

-Change light bulbs

-Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, dining areas, restrooms, and other designated areas.
- Conduct inspections to identify and report any maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Assist in minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions under the guidance of maintenance supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Work collaboratively with team members to address urgent maintenance needs and maintain the overall appearance of the restaurant.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment handling.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
