- Website Monitoring: Regularly audit the website for content errors, broken links, and outdated information, rectifying issues promptly.
- SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing product content for search engines in coordination with the marketing team.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the eCommerce Experience Manager to enhance the online shopping journey.
- Best Practices: Stay updated on eCommerce content management best practices and industry trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce content management or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Contentful,CommerceTools, Shopify).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
