Foundation Director directs the execution of the vision, strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and grantmaking operations that support the overall objectives of a foundation. Defines the goals and tactics for fundraising campaigns and program initiatives. Being a Foundation Director represents the foundation to the public and media to communicate its mission, values, and accomplishments. Maintains positive relationships with foundation stakeholders, including the board of directors, grantees, community leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Additionally, Foundation Director oversees grantmaking operations, including developing grant guidelines, reviewing grant applications, and managing the grant evaluation process. Manages foundation programs and initiatives that align with the foundation's mission and values. Implements systems for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the foundation's grantmaking and programs. Ensures all foundation activities comply with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Foundation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Foundation Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Funciones/calificaciones/educaciones esenciales de empleados de almacén:
    • Atender a los clientes que entran al almacén.
    • Recibir, organizar y mover los materiales que llegan y cargar los materiales que salen del almacén.
    • Distribuir y mover materiales a su lugar correcto y asegurarse de que el almacén esté ordenado en todo momento.
    • Cumplir con las normas de empaque y fabricar plataformas/palés apropiados, etc.
    • Operar montacargas y otros vehículos y equipos de la compañía del modo capacitado e indicado.
    • Asistir a y participar en todos los programas de capacitación requeridos por la compañía
    • Hacer tareas de mantenimiento de construcción menores cuando sean necesarias
    • Participar en inventarios físicos mensuales y/o anuales.
    • Mantener el almacén bien ordenado de forma segura y organizada.
    • Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, así como con las normas de OSHA.
    • Mantenerse un nivel elevado de concentración en el cliente en la provisión de productos y servicios de calidad.
    • Tener siempre una comprensión total de todos los productos y conocer su identificación, peso y tamaño.
    • Debe ser capaz de operar un montacargas.
    • Capacidad de levantar hasta 100 libras
    • Debe ser capaz de trabajar 40-50 horas por semana.
    • Verificar las cargas de los camiones
    • Capaz de trabajar al aire libre: turnos variables
    • Tener un conocimiento básico de camiones, montacargas y otros equipos para determinar las reparaciones necesarias.
    • Diploma de la escuela secundaria, título de educación general (GED) o experiencia laboral y/o entrenamiento equivalentes
    • Se prefieren fuertemente los candidatos con experiencia en trabajos de almacén.
