FP&A Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join a manufacturing company in a hybrid role based in either Boston, MA, or Columbia City, IN. The ideal candidate will be a driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, demonstrates excellent organizational abilities, and consistently meets tight deadlines. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $100,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key tasks:

• Support company's annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, including the development of budget templates, deadline coordination, and input management to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission per Group Budget timelines.
• Perform P&L financial modeling within strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with Group and KBI standards.
• Prepare monthly forecast reports for global leadership, integrating local insights and emphasizing any variances from established trends and projections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Post qualification Finance experience (4 years)
• CPA (preferred)
• High level of efficiency in Excel
