About You:

You must be smart, energetic, and driven to be the best. You should have a demonstrated history of compelling writing, thoughtful research, sharp analytical skills, careful attention to detail, and strategic thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

You will get the chance to work on complex and significant legal matters. Typical duties and responsibilities:

• Research matters
• Draft demand letters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Advise clients on business and legal strategy
• Negotiate settlements
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:

You must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or have a pending Colorado bar application. Additional qualifications include:

• Previous experience in practicing law preferred
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Unrelenting attention to detail

Pay:

We anticipate the salary for this position to be between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including medical and dental insurance, paid time off, bar dues, CLE, etc.
