At Mesa Detection Agency, we are looking for a professional Level 2 Security Guard to join our team. If you’re detailed oriented, love interacting with the public, and want to do your part in keeping your community safer, then this could be the job for you! As a Level II Security Guard, your job will be to protect our client's premises, assets, and personnel, and ensure the safety of everyone on the property. You will maintain high visibility, presence, and assist to prevent illegal or inappropriate activities. The goal is to detect, deter, observe, report, and help make customers employees and the public feel safe.

Level 2 responsibilities (You must have a valid Level 2 Guard Card)

• Look for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment

Requirements:

• Must 21 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a reliable transportation
• Must be able to demonstrate a stable work history
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must have a clean background check.
• NO felony, larceny, burglary, or shoplifting convictions

(You must have a current Active Level 2 guard card)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
