Fraud Detection Associate monitors account activity to detect possible customer fraud. Performs analysis to identify possible front-end and/or back-end fraud. Being a Fraud Detection Associate identifies areas for increased security procedures and reports to fraud prevention associates. May contact customers to verify or explain unusual account activity. Additionally, Fraud Detection Associate requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Fraud Detection Associate possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. As an Operator one will be responsible for job safety, accurate and professional operation and maintenance of valves and fire hydrants. The Operator will follow written procedures for assessing, operating, maintaining and testing of valves and fire hydrants. The Operator will also become familiar with the duties of the Crew Chief to provide advancement opportunities within the organization.
Operator position to provide support to Crew Chief. Requires someone good with technology/mechanics, problem solving and team player. Responsible for tool/equipment assembly and disassembly, site and tool cleaning, data collection, and adhere to safety standards. Experience in leak/water detection is a plus.
