Role Overview
As a Surveillance Investigator, you'll embark on a dynamic journey where each day offers fresh challenges and opportunities. You'll play a pivotal role in gathering critical information, capturing clear and steady video footage, and delivering comprehensive reports. This involves both stationary and mobile surveillance where your investigative skills will be tested as you employ pretexting techniques to unveil more information.
Surveillance Vehicle Requirements
To ensure you blend seamlessly into your surroundings, you will be required to drive a company-approved vehicle, defined as a nondescript vehicle that does not attract attention or can be easily forgotten. Prohibited vehicle colors are red, yellow, orange, maroon, and other vibrant shades. Additionally, convertibles, pickup trucks, and electric vehicles are strictly prohibited. Hybrid vehicles are generally acceptable; however, approval is contingent upon evaluating gas mileage versus electric miles. Aftermarket wheels, loud exhaust, personalized license plates or license plate frames, and stickers on the bumpers or windows are also prohibited. All surveillance vehicles must have approved window tinting in compliance with state law. The vehicles must be safe and in good working condition, with investigators bearing the responsibility for maintaining their vehicles in optimal working order.
