Fraud Prevention Manager manages a team of analysts responsible for the detection, prevention, and mitigation of fraudulent transactions. Develops cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Being a Fraud Prevention Manager approves and implements recommendations for process and procedure improvements. Reviews and implements best practices in the fraud prevention industry. Additionally, Fraud Prevention Manager ensures compliance with all relevant anti-fraud regulations and standards. Creates reports outlining trends, risks, and mitigation strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fraud Prevention Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Fraud Prevention Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • COMPASS Inc. is seeking a full-time Sexual Assault Prevention Educator to work with school-age children, teens, and adults to educate them about sexual assault and rape to promote prevention and reporting.

    COMPASS, an affiliate of Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, provides services to survivors of rape and sexual abuse - women, children, men - and their loved ones in Carroll, Tuscarawas, and Stark Counties. Their programs include crisis intervention and advocacy, and education and prevention.

    Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the effects of sexual violence on the victim, the family, and the community. They will carry on our mission to promote the healing of individuals impacted by sexual violence and to create social change. This individual will also support and carry out our vision of a community where all people can live free of sexual violence.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in education, social work, human services, or a related field
    • Experience in working with victims of crime
    • Must be experienced in public speaking
    • Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
    • Ability to work with moderate supervision
