The Norfolk Community Services Board is seeking a Prevention Team supervisor to be responsible for assessing and treating patients seeking services from the Norfolk Community Services Board (CSB). The primary duty of this position is to assist with overall coordination, development, and implementation of the Prevention Program by managing the day-to-day operations of the Prevention Team, directly supervising the Prevention Specialists through performance management, performance appraisal, and recruitment and training. This position is responsible for implementing initiatives to educate the community and provide oversight and management of federal and state grand funding.
Valid driver's license may be required depending on assignment.
Must be certified (or certifiable) in Basic First Aid and CPR.
CSAC credential preferred.
This position is eligible for a one-time $5,000 signing bonus.
