DISPATCHERDispatcher Duties and Requirements:Duties:
- Maintain logistics.
- Maintains records of all company vehicles and vendor vehicles and drivers.
- Provides ready access to current scheduled route sheets including staff coverage.
- Maintains an accurate daily attendance roster of drivers and assistants.
- Maintains cordial working relationships with assigned drivers and assistants.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of all facets of driver and driver assistant duties as outlined in state and district regulations.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of roads and street
- Ensures that recordkeeping is accurate for all staff. .
- Maintain open communication every day to all transportation and parking attendants.
Requirements:- Must have a current valid Florida driver's license.
- Successfully complete drug test.
- 1 year Supervisor and Customer Service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule to be available as required.
- Great verbal, written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of ship and all company amenities
- Thorough understanding of surrounding communities, routes, transportation systems.
