Requirements
You will help us create a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for our guests! Join an experienced team that prides itself in delivering authentic service and an amazing experience. You'll be exposed to all aspects of the business from sales and customer service to back office operations and revenue management.
- Promptly respond to guest requests, phone calls, emails, chats and reviews
- Manage daily reservations, payments, reservation commissions, and other items to ensure financials are in order (don't worry we will train you!)
- Set up and breakdown a tasty breakfast for our guests
- Help housekeeping team with laundry operations
- Welcome guests to Indianola, showcasing local restaurants, attractions, and ensuring they make the most of their visit
- Care for the hotel to ensure common areas are always clean and tidy, report maintenance needs as needed
What are we looking for?
- I have availability to work weekends and holidays, shifts can be from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am.
- I am friendly and customer focused with a passion for delivering an awesome guest experience
- I am computer savvy and have a get er' done problem solver
- I have a strong work ethic and am a reliable team player
- I have experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and using basic math concepts
- I can lift at least 25 pounds

- Previous hotel or customer service experience
