Front Desk Associate jobs in Biddeford, ME

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing superior customer service. Will also be responsible for cleaning lobby area including vacuming and washing floors/windows/surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Process payments and check-ins/check-outs for guests.
• Maintain records of guest information and reservations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Ensure that all areas of the front desk are clean and organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Hotel experience: 2 years (Required)
