Part-Time Front Desk Associate
Caron Chiropractic is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our chiropractic and wellness team for a part time position of 20-25 hours per week.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

● Schedule appointments, answer phones, take payments and greet patients with a high level of courtesy and efficiency

● Provide data entry and basic claims/insurance guidance for patients as needed
● Maintain strict HIPAA patient privacy laws while processing patient information
● Communicate and delegate to other members of our administrative team to ensure patient needs are met

Skills/Qualities required:

● Enthusiastic individual with strong communication/people skills
● Strong empathy for others
● Clear, polished and friendly communication
● Customer service experience
● Previous healthcare/medical clinic or insurance knowledge helpful, but not necessary
● Previous front desk experience helpful, but not necessary
● Efficient multitasking abilities
● Reliable and time conscious
