Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Membership Specialist will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties. As a Membership Specialist you will also have the opportunity to assist members with signing up. This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent time management skills, ability to work alone and with other team members, excellent customer service skills, the ability to stand throughout the shift, lift heavy objects and communicate effectively with both staff and members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures and computer skills required.

This shift is a part-time position with plenty of opportunity to pick up extra hours!

This position is a midafternoon shift at 4:00pm - 8:00pm Monday to Thursday. Reliability and punctuality are a must.
