- Ensurethatthecheck-in/outprocess is handledinaccordancewithcompanypolicy.
- Supportguest messaging,switchboard,in-housetextmessagingservice,andreservation function.
- Maintainthorough knowledgeofHotelandLodge occupancy andinventory.
- Postroom,tax,andotherchargesto guests’accounts.
- Make, cancel, and reschedule reservations upon request.
- Conduct accurate cash, credit card, and voucher transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):
- Education: High School diploma, or Equivalent required.
Experience: Preferone(1)yearpriorhotelexperience,preferablyinFrontDeskOperations.- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
a. Must have basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Office programs.b. Must possess effective communication (verbal) skills.c. OPERAPMSsystemexperiencea plus.- Must be at least: 18 years of age.
- Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.
