Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing. Being a Front Desk Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Clerk will assist guests upon arrival to the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel and throughout their stay. Confidently working closely with hotel teams, housekeeping, guest services and call center as well as casino teams when required.
