Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with night audit procedures as needed
• Utilize phone systems and hotel management software to efficiently manage guest services

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel front desk management or related field
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
• Flexibile availability and ability to work all shifts
