Job Summary

As a Receptionist/Front End Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the front end of a rapidly growing custom Embroidery & Screen Print business. You will be responsible for managing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage cashier functions, including transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Aide in showroom appearance and staging
• Manage daily emails
• Track work orders
• Complete daily invoicing
• Check in retail merchandise daily & distribute to proper departments for customization
• Monitor and maintain inventory
• Manage QuickBooks transactions
• Assist with purchasing merchandise from suppliers
• Contact suppliers when there are order issues or replacements needed
• Provide customer quotes
• Monitor our company website for online orders and in-house tracking
• Update Social Media posts
• Assist with embroidery, vinyl or screen print department when needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or as a manager
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and inventory management
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with customers and staff efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
