Batson Physical Therapy is looking for a Front Office Manager. Our ideal candidate will be industrious and flexible with a pleasant and friendly demeanor. The candidate will need to be able to multi-task and must be proficient with technology.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain patient accounts
Answering phone/taking messages
Greet patients
Communicate via phone, email, and fax with patients, medical staff, and insurance personnel
Patient scheduling
Collecting payments
General office duties
Benefit Verification
Obtain Insurance Authorizations
Must be very comfortable using a computer/technology
Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Closed 12-1 for lunch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
