Well-established, locally owned, “family-style” pediatric dental practice in search of a front office specialist to replace a long-term employee who is retiring. Our ideal team member would be motivated, dedicated, energetic, punctual and FUN. Dental office front desk or management experience is a MUST in this position - prior experience coordinating/scheduling hospital cases and insurance knowledge is a bonus. We have three Pediatric dentists dedicated to providing the best quality of care for children, and an amazing and experienced team of assistants and front desk support staff to work towards our mission of making dentistry fun for children and promoting preventative treatment. The job description would include providing stellar customer service, scheduling and coordinating hospital cases, communicating with other medical offices regarding patient history, checking patients in and out, and communicating effectively with parents and our office team.
