Job Requirements
Manage the entire lifecycle of incoming sales orders, from initiation to fulfillment, which includes:
· Compiling and maintaining checklists for new orders.
· Ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete.
· Generating purchase orders for new equipment.
· Creating and distributing internal and external documentation.
· Collaborating with leasing companies to facilitate funding processes.
· Drafting all approved contracts.
Maintain and update the E-Automate database with additions, modifications, and corrections in coordination with the Sales, Administrative, and Service teams.
