Fundraising Coordinator coordinates operations to execute an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, and capital development initiatives supporting short- and long-term organizational revenue objectives. Supports donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors and corporate or governmental partnerships. Being a Fundraising Coordinator plans events and develops communications to increase donor engagement. Uses a donor database and software tools to produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Additionally, Fundraising Coordinator may participate in the grant writing and proposal process. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. This position is based in our southern region of NH - Bedford/Manchester
Plays an integral role in raising funds and awareness for Dartmouth Health Children’s and CHaD through community fundraising events with a focus on customer service and participant and fundraising programs. The mission of Dartmouth Health Children’s is to provide each child the best care, in the right place, at the right time, every time. The position helps foster and nurture relationships with event constituents within the programs and events that support this mission, with a large focus on the Southern New Hampshire region. In addition, the position serves as a key representative to the communities and stakeholders of Dartmouth Health Children’s provides fundraising platform and event planning support, as well as participates in the gift and donation processing efforts. The position also supports the Friends of Dartmouth Cancer Center with customer service and donation administration efforts for the Prouty.
Event Coordination (35%):
Supports the execution of the Dartmouth Health Children’s and other community fundraising events in coordination with other team members.
Customer Service & Fundraising (65%):
Provides top notch fundraising support and customer service to participants, donors, and volunteers utilizing Blackbaud Luminate Online/TeamRaiser website for Dartmouth Health fundraising events.
