As our new Director Content Strategy on the Marketing team, you'll leverage your strong marketing experience to develop and execute a content strategy that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience. Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record in customer experience optimization and content marketing, allowing them to design and implement a comprehensive strategy that reimagines how we connect with and serve our customers.

Content Strategy
- Define the company's content voice and style guide.
- Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and target audience needs.
- Create compelling and informative content across various formats (e.g., web, social media, email,etc.).
- Apply your storytelling experience to engage and delight our audiences.
- Manage and optimize content performance and distribution.
- Stay informed about emerging content trends and technologies.
- Establishing content standards, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and quality for content governance.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Effectively communicating content strategy and goals to key stakeholders, gaining alignment and support.
- Encouraging a culture of innovation and experimentation within the marketing team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, tech, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing content strategies and writing for various audiences.
- Advanced content writing and editing skills.
- Experience with content marketing platforms and tools.
- Experience providing creative and strategic direction.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and community management.
- Varied industry background (B2B and B2C).
- Obsessed with quality and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, priorities, and workflows
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze customer data and measure performance.
- A demonstrable history of creative problem solving in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
- Action-oriented, strategic and results driven leadership skillset.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- You're agile and have a builder mentality; you're excited to help scale something great into something amazing.
- CX experience is a plus for this role.
