Fundraising Director directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Director researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Director uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Fundraising Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are looking for Assistant Territory Managers to run and facilitate Golf Tournaments, Golf Events, Charity Events, and "Hero Days" for our veterans and first responders. The role of Assistant Territory Manager is to manage current events and Field Reps within the territory, work closely with the Territory Manager(s), participate in team meetings, fundraise on the golf course AND during banquets, galas, dinners, and other fundraising events - and facilitate new fundraising opportunities among the community.
Responsibilities include:
*Our average Assistant Territory Managers make between $60,000 and $120,000 per year. Please note that this position can be either Part Time or Full Time.*
