Fundraising Manager manages an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Implements donor stewardship programs to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Fundraising Manager works to develop potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Fundraising Manager uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Fundraising Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Fundraising Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Overview:
    We are in search of an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team stationed at both Acton Toyota of Littleton and Koch Rt2 in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, possess a property and casualty license, and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role involves managing, training, and supporting the sales team to achieve sales goals, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, manage, train, and support sales team to meet or exceed monthly goals
    • Conduct sales and customer service meetings, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving
    • Maintain high employee retention through fair treatment, accountability, and training
    • Achieve personal and team premium goals
    • Collaborate with other managers to meet and exceed agency goals
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through excellent customer service
    • Provide daily and weekly performance reports to Agency Manager
    • Audit sales team’s written policies for accuracy, coverage, and compliance
    • Train and develop new hires to succeed in their roles
    • Conduct initial phone screening interviews for prospective insurance agents

    Requirements:

    • MA Property and Casualty License (required)
    • 3 years Insurance Sales Experience (required)
    • Management Experience (preferred)
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
    • Professional personal appearance
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
