    The Campaign and Fundraising Coordinator (CFC) is responsible for the overall workflow and administrative activities for the MCLA Foundation Board and Campaign Leadership. The CFC is responsible for managing all communications and meetings for the MCLA Foundation Board and the Campaign Volunteer Committees as needed. This includes: scheduling meetings with Campaign leadership committees, MCLA Foundation Board, and administrative leaders throughout MCLA, supporting the planning and execution of all MCLA Foundation Board, Foundation committees, and Campaign committee meetings, conference calls, video calls and any related retreats and gatherings throughout the course of the year; assisting in developing agendas and supporting materials for meetings and external communications; and organizing all catering, audio/visual and logistical needs in partnership with the Advancement Office. The Campaign Assistant works directly with frontline fundraisers in the Advancement Office, volunteer committees and campaign consultant firm, Demont Associates, and is responsible for providing excellence in service for a wide range of administrative support. This position will manage donor prospecting, support volunteer committee activities, manage travel arrangements, schedule donor solicitations, and conducts research on individuals, corporations, and foundations and compiles findings into meaningful categories and research reports.

    This is a Campaign funded position - if not renegotiated - will end by June 30, 2026

    Job Duties:
    Provides support to the Campaign Cabinet and Campaign Division leaders, including preparing all related materials needed for engagement efforts, communicating professionally, clearly, regularly, and in a timely manner with campaign volunteers regarding meeting reminders, assignment follow-up, and other support as needed.
    Coordinates interactions with Foundation Board and Corporators, including print, email and telephone correspondence, and preparation for special gatherings and the MCLA Foundation Annual Meeting.
    Provides administrative and clerical support to the Foundation Board of Directors, and other special Foundation committees, including overseeing preparations and communications for all meetings of the board, executive board, and organization-wide Annual Meeting.
    Work with CD to identify, develop, and prepare the files of prospective donors and volunteers, with guidance from Campaign Counsel's Associate.
    Independently and proactively identifies and qualifies prospective individuals, corporate and foundation major donors consistent with the Campaigns priorities and objectives through data mining, wealth screening via iWave and ad-hoc research.
    Research, prepare and produce research profiles for sharing with the Advancement team, and Demont Associates.
    Create, research and maintain all electronic records and data pertinent to the campaign: constituent, prospective donor, pledge, gift management; communication, committee, and volunteer materials.
    Prepare all campaign division materials including, gift chart, volunteer assignments, and campaign summary reports, as well as financial transmittals.
    Maintain existing gift acknowledgment, stewardship, processing, and reporting system.
    Produce a variety of agendas, reports, pledge forms, proposals, briefings, and other support materials as needed, for the Top 50 donor prospects and all asks above $25,000.
    Coordinate and organize meetings and gatherings relating to the campaign.
    Attend campaign meetings as assigned, produce brief minutes, and circulate assigned actions as requested.
    Proofread all outgoing materials for quality, grammar, design and accuracy.
    Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and travel.
    Openness and ability to travel for donor visits or regional events and programs. Some weekends and evenings are required.

    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree required.
    One year of successful experience in an administrative role.
    Ability to write and edit letters and proposals.
    Detailed oriented.
    Interest in the MCLA (Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts) mission and a dedication to promoting the organization's fundraising priorities through building strong relationships.
    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrates skill and enthusiasm for working with people from diverse backgrounds.
    Demonstrated record of completing assignments.
    Experience with Raiser's Edge or other donor database preferred.
