How you will spend your day as an Assistant Manager:

• Managing and coordinating all activities of counter sales team, monitors costs and expenses of assigned work group.
• Reviewing sales reports, production reports, department expenses, labor costs, employee attendance reports, and other reports and documents related to store operations, as required.
• Coordinating workflow between departments and work areas.
• Reviewing accounts receivable and assisting with collection as assigned by location manager.
• Compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet websites, or other sources.
• Preparing quote prices, credit terms, and sales agreements.
• Maintaining the open order file on a continuous basis.
