You’ll be responsible for working closely with our suppliers across the world to ensure we deliver affordable, high-quality parts that meet our customer's dynamic needs.
We need a dedicated individual on our team who develops mechanisms for managing and monitoring operational part progress from kitting through shipment and for interventions and problem solving with planning as well as business leaders, commodity and functional managers. Ensuring that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals, you'll work collaboratively across all departments of the organization and focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results and enhances profitability.
There is a strong preference for this role to onsite in Jamestown, ND. However a hybrid schedule (typically working 2-4 days onsite) may be considered for an ideal candidate. This role may be eligible for relocation.
Travel expectation would be approximately 25-30% but can fluctuate depending on needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
