Overview

The project manager will assist the current Company's program manager with developing the Engineer Competency Development Program. This program is a new, exciting, foundational training program for our Gas Engineers (MA & NY). This training program will be a modern, blended learning series of modules, including self-paced, virtual reality environments.

Key Accountabilities
• Meeting Minutes / Scribe
• Weekly progress summary reports
• Email and communications of deliverables or support
• Worked through the program manager
• Compile information for Organization communications
• Module groups (SMEs, Vendor, Training Committee…)
• Committee groups
• IT groups
• Manage and track by work
• Module and stage
• Storyboard
• E-learning
• LMS development and integration
• Testing
• Pilot rollout tracking
• Keep track of the SME list & Emails
• Financial tracking
• Splits between NE/NY
• Accruals as needed
• Communications to groups
• Survey/MS Form creation
• Additional support for the program manager as required

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to work in teams and coordinate with cross-functional areas, including end users and key stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 3 years of experience in project management preferred
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Forms, and MS Word
