Being a Gas Supply Manager forecasts change in prices in order to maintain company fuel investments. Coordinates proper transportation and storage of gas supplies. Additionally, Gas Supply Manager maintains business relationships with suppliers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Gas Supply Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Gas Supply Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. As C-Store Manager (SM), you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. SM will also be responsible for processing transactions of customers on a computerized POS register, maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area, and clean and stock merchandise. When working within the QSR food concept the SM must insure that all company procedures are followed and all standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and customer service are met.
Additional responsibilities and duties of the Store Manager include, but are not limited to:
Hiring/Staffing, Training, and Evaluating employees
Providing safe work environment for employees, customers and vendors
Preparing labor schedules
Contributing to increased profitability of store/company
Maintaining all store equipment
A qualified candidate will be required to have good grooming, communication skills and cash handling skills. This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift up to 35 to 50 pounds. This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
