Additionally, General Clerk retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail. May assist with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Summary/Objective: The Shipping Clerk position is part of the materials team and will create packing slips, receive finished goods into inventory and pull/package required material/certifications for shipments. This individual will perform system transactions, monitor inventory levels and fulfill customer orders as required. This individual will possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
