Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a field setting. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to use power tools, perform mechanical tasks, and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working optional but will train on the job.
- Knowledge of power tools and mechanical processes is preferred by not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
