General Laborer, Sr. jobs in Manchester, NH

Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Laborer to join our Property Management team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our daily operations. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of our facilities. Duties:
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials and products

- Digging trenches, compacting, and backfilling trenches/holes.

- Operating and maintaining machinery and heavy equipment such as bobcat, loader, etc.
- Fabricate and modify parts using hand tools and power tools.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Interact professionally with customers, trade partners, and suppliers/vendors.

- Landscaping.

- Asphalt maintenance.

- Snow and ice control; plowing and sanding. (could include weekends).

- General cleaning.

- Light carpentry.

- Basic HVAC and plumbing.

- Basic painting.

- Vehicle Logistics, will require moving of customer vehicles in and out of the building, refer to www.vaultmotorstorage.com for services we offer. (Might need to work weekends during busy season, typically April, May, October & November).

- Other maintenance duties that arise.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with operating forklifts or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment
- Basic computer skills
