We are looking for a Commercial Building Maintenance/General Repair professional to join our team., expanding our operations to Redding, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on our buildings, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of building systems and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Under general supervision, performs troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and hardware systems and equipment at the skilled Journeyman level.
Responsibilities:
