Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work
- Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other automated systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track and prioritize work orders
- Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
- Welding and fabrication as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders

Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and controls
- Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair machinery
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically
