Overview: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for daily customer order fulfillment activities within assigned areas of a distribution facility. This role emphasizes safety, operational expertise, and productivity within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Perform various distribution tasks such as order filling, shipping, receiving, packing, and replenishment.
• Operate equipment including pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards.
• Demonstrate commitment to company core values and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and work groups to achieve daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Fundamental math and computer skills (internet navigation, basic Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 150 pounds.
• Physical agility to push, pull, grasp, and manipulate equipment throughout shifts.
• Basic familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including early starts and overtime when necessary.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Picker: 1 year (Preferred)
• Packer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Load & unload: 1 year (Preferred)
• RF scanner: 1 year (Preferred)
