The Global Mobility Manager establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being a Global Mobility Manager approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. In addition, Global Mobility Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Global Mobility Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. The Global Trade Compliance Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development, deployment and continuous improvement of trade and customs practices across the EAME Region as informed by the Director of Global Trade Compliance within Berry’s Legal Department. This position will help to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This person will provide strategic support for prioritization and execution of initiatives that support the trade practices within the region and globally.
