The Global Mobility Manager establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being a Global Mobility Manager approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. In addition, Global Mobility Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Global Mobility Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Weekend Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend operations of our retail store. This includes managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and retail management.
We sell, service and rent mobility scooters and related products (i.e. power wheelchairs, ramps, and lift chair recliners.
Duties include:
Managing the showroom to keep it organized, and efficient. Doing weekly inventory updates and ordering new showroom models as needed from the manufacturers. Maintaining battery-powered products that need to be regularly charged. Coordinating after-sale deliveries and repair calls with the driver and technician. Sales, sales and more sales!
- Drive sales by setting goals, implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring inventory levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Interview and hire qualified candidates for open positions within the store
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve overall store profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Previous experience in retail sales and retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
