We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Weekend Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the weekend operations of our retail store. This includes managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and retail management.

We sell, service and rent mobility scooters and related products (i.e. power wheelchairs, ramps, and lift chair recliners.

Duties include:

Managing the showroom to keep it organized, and efficient. Doing weekly inventory updates and ordering new showroom models as needed from the manufacturers. Maintaining battery-powered products that need to be regularly charged. Coordinating after-sale deliveries and repair calls with the driver and technician. Sales, sales and more sales!

- Drive sales by setting goals, implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring inventory levels

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Interview and hire qualified candidates for open positions within the store

- Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve overall store profitability

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in retail sales and retail management is required

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

- Ability to negotiate and sell products effectively

- Proficient in conducting interviews and hiring qualified candidates

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
