The Global Mobility Manager establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being a Global Mobility Manager approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. In addition, Global Mobility Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Global Mobility Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Position Summary

    The Global Filter Customer Experience Manager will report to the Director of Sales and will be based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Customer Experience Manager will oversee and improve all aspects of the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty throughout the customer lifecycle. They play a pivotal role in Global Filter’s success by implementing customer-centric strategies, initiatives, improving processes, and developing brand reputation through exceptional customer interactions. The Customer Experience Manager will have a strong understanding of the Global Filter product portfolio, sales process, customer lifecycle, virtually building relationships in general, and post-purchase technical support.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated quick learner, with a basic technical inclination and a strong bias for action. The candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset, leadership skills, sound communication skills, analytical skills, the technical knowledge to adapt to customers’ needs through problem solving, and be comfortable presenting and utilizing several video and/or phone conferencing tools. The person must be able to lead customer service and product manager teams by fostering a collaborative team environment to ensure a culture of success is maintained.

    Responsibilities

    · Develop and implement effective customer management strategies aligned with Global Filter’s goals & objectives

    · Establish and maintain customer loyalty by designing and executing initiatives designed to enhance the overall customer experience

    · Utilize various tools & technologies to monitor customer interactions, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement

    · Lead a technical team of Product Managers to develop and deliver new and innovative ways to address customer needs

    · Train and educate team members on customer-centric approaches and effective procedures to ensure a culture of success is maintained for Global Filter

    · Influences team members to develop effective problem solving, strategic thinking, and customer-centric mindsets

    · Collaborate with customers, customer service, product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs are met while facilitating an exceptional customer experience

    · Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty

    · Partners with customers to address their project needs and assist in finding solutions

    · Understands and supports sales policies and procedures to provide effective customer and sales team support

    · Is consistently available to customers; ensures work responsibilities are covered when not available

    · Provide in-depth tools, training, and best practices to customers and team members, serving as a strategic resource for advanced technical support

    · Create and implement training and quality assurance programs through our continuous education program, Global University

    · Identify and lead efforts to implement or improve existing technologies, processes and procedures to improve customer service and retention

    · Leads performance management efforts for both customer service and product management teams in alignment with the goals and objectives of the organization

    · Supports new product development team & process as necessary

    · Gather, organize & distribute sales data to commercial team to help track progress toward budgets & initiatives

    · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    · Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; specifically, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

    · Particularly strong Microsoft Excel skills

    · Working knowledge of teleconference tools

    Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Customer Service, Engineering, or a related field is required

    · 5 years of customer service, product management, or technical support leadership experience is preferred

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required; proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, such as SalesForce.com, is preferred

    · Proven track record of successfully managing large, long-term projects

    · Ability to identify, hire, develop, and motivate individuals to grow team capabilities

    · Process filtration experience strongly preferred

    · Willingness to work side-by-side with all levels of the team, including on the production floor
