The Global Mobility Manager establishes, implements, and maintains policies and practices for assisting employees and their families as they relocate. Manages the employee relocation process, which may include but is not limited to sale of current residence, lease cancellation, home purchase or rental, realtor selection, mortgage assistance, and movement of household goods. Being a Global Mobility Manager approves relocation budgets and plans and the disbursement of funds. Works to minimize relocation costs and disruption of work for the employee and the organization. In addition, Global Mobility Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Global Mobility Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. PURPOSE:
The Regional Human Resources Manager will work with the Human Resources Director to provide human resources guidance to multiple Consumer Packaging North America manufacturing sites. Under direction from the Human Resources Director, the individual will work closely with the site Human Resources, Operations, Quality, & EHS leadership teams to implement strategic Human Resources initiatives to optimize organizational effectiveness and business results.
Aside from travel requirments, this role will work remote.
