National Fitness is looking for a Assistant Stretch and Mobility Sales Manager to add to the team. If you have a background with stretch, personal training, personal training sales, look the part, have a professional appearance, an upbeat personality and the desire to earn equal to your efforts, this could be a great position for you!!

Daily responsibilities include:

• Sell Stretch Packages
• Sell PT Packages
• Perform Stretch Demos
• Manage, hire and train staff
• Provide superior customer service to all group and personal training clients
• Maintain excellent relationship with entire gym staff

Position Qualifications

• Experience in Group Fitness as well as Personal Training
• Must be highly motivational with creative, out of the box thinking
• Detail oriented with great written and verbal communication skills
• Ethical and professional in business conduct
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

This is a full-time position plus commission and bonuses. The position also includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as paid vacations and complimentary club membership. Must be able to work 40 hours per week.

Salary is DOE, commissions and bonus.
